Shipping policy

1. shipping locations

we currently ship within germany, to eu countries, and to selected international destinations.

2. processing time

orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days after payment is received. we will notify you by email once your order has shipped.

3. shipping methods

we ship using dhl, ups or dhl express depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order.

please note that we have no influence on the delivery time, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. if your delivery takes longer than expected we are happy to provide support, but ask you to contact the carrier in the first place.

4. tracking

once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. packaging

all clothing items are pre-owned and shipped in recycled or recyclable packaging whenever possible. we aim to minimize waste while ensuring your items arrive safely.

6. customs, duties, and taxes

orders shipped outside the european union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

7. delays, lost or damaged packages

if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier. our support team has limited options to support on a claim. we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs clearance.

8. returns and exchanges

because we sell pre-owned clothing, please read our return policy carefully before purchase. generally, we accept returns of domestic & eu orders within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with eu consumer protection laws. all sales to countries outside of the european union are final. buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly described. unfortunately, we can not offer returns on orders from outside of the eu.
